Gwen Stefani restrict Screensaver.Photos slideshow.Gwen Renee Stefani (born October 3,1969) is a Grammy Award-winning American vocalizer,songwriter,vogue designer and occasional actress.Stefani made her debut in 1992 as the frontwoman of the third wave ska stripe No Doubt.The group''s album Tragic Kingdom (1995) propelled them to stardom and sold more than xv million copies worldwide.It spawned the singles Just a miss,Spiderwebs,and the airplay number-one Don''t tell.The band''s popularity went into decline with revisit of Saturn (2000),but Rock Steady (2001) introduced reggae production into treatise music,which was mostly well-received.A young and energetic Gwen Stefani moved into the music spotlight in 1987 as the sexy run singer for the band No Doubt.One of her biggest hits in the ''90s with the cross-mixed group of ska-punk and young wave fashion was a single called Don''t Speak,one of the tracks from No Doubt''s Grammy nominated third record album Tragic Kingdom.The video for Don''t tell,a play on inner jealousy in a band,accumulated whole slew of play on MTV,giving the group and its lead singer a chance to reach yet more fans.Stefani was born and raised in the glittering temperateness of Southern California.Others shared musical talent in her kin,including shout brother Eric Stefani.When he and a playmate,vocalizer John Spence,put together a new band called No suspect in 1987,of course Gwen was brought in every bit co-singer with Spence.That identical year,Spence ended his life near suicide,leaving a saddened teenage Gwen to step up to the mike alone.time those first hard years in the group,playing gigs where ever they group,Gwen somehow managed to finish high school and enter college without wanting a beat.
